this community of housing for the 55 and older market is being developed on a remote portion of a family farm.  the development consists of 53 single-family farmhouse-style homes situated along town green-like streets, while forty townhouse units and flats have been created within larger colonial- image buildings and a large barn-like structure.  a community building that looks out over the apple orchards of the existing farm completes and helps to integrate the neighborhood.
