partnering with a local land planning firm in park city, utah, RBA is designing a mixed-use community comprised of 800 units of housing and a commercial core. the residential units are being designed as four, six and eight-unit buildings with retail space on the lower levels and residential above.

stand alone commercial buildings will house restaurants and marketplace. pattern books are being developed to establish a vernacular for the project, while providing a desired level of diversity and individuality among the buildings. our designs will feature forms and materials consistent with mountain architecture and are providing a modern interpretation of what is seen locally in the region today. this progressive and growing area is demanding well throughout designs that address sustainable building practices.
