this 22,000 sf clubhouse serves hospitality, business and educational functions in a building designed to blend harmoniously with the sand, scrub pines and grasses on site. the two-story, shingle clad structure is built into the slope of the site allowing for ground level access on both sides of the building. t
the lower level provides access to a retail pro-shop and cart storage area, while the upper level ushers golfers and guests into a formal entry foyer and stair hall whose glass end-wall offers views out across the course. interior plan elements are organized around this foyer, with private office and conference spaces on one end and public hospitality spaces on the other. these include a commercial kitchen, lounge and bar space, cafe, and a grand formal dining and function room.
