Rob Bramhall

The firm’s founder and principal, Rob Bramhall brings nearly thirty years of experience in architecture and construction to his clients and their projects. A New Englander by birth, Rob lived in the mountains of Montana and Wyoming while training to become an architect. His love of the West and of his native New England has given form to a design sensibility that embraces the best of both: blending a deep respect for history and architectural tradition with a reverence for nature and the beauty of the land.  Rob’s projects are guided by this sensibility, which provides a foundation upon which the individual needs and aesthetic preferences of each client are layered.

Rob studied building construction at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts and earned Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees at Montana State University in Bozeman. A registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects, Rob is licensed in Massachusetts, Maine and Montana.

Rob has extensive experience working on behalf of individual property owners, private institutions and commercial business agents. He is detail-oriented, bringing a combination of strengths in design, project management, and technical issues to his practice, as well as extensive field experience and a strong command of construction issues.

Tony Barletta

A graduate of Boston’s Wentworth Institute of Technology, Tony has nearly twenty-five years of professional experience, with projects ranging from private homes and commercial buildings to facilities for academic, hospitality and recreation use. Tony brings his vast technical experience to our projects, assisting Rob in assessing the viability of options. A relentless advocate for our clients, Tony is responsible for the production of document sets and associated cost estimates, as well as the development of specifications; coordination of engineering and other sub-consultants; schedule management; bidding/negotiation assistance; and construction administration. He is a master in the field, serving as an owner’s rep for our clients and watching out for their best interests throughout the construction process.

Betsie Bramhall

She is an Affiliate Member of the American Society of Interior Designers, and an independent dealer of decorative arts and antiques.
